Abe Taleb Ambassador Chair
Abraham Taleb (BOS '10)
has always held the ideals of social equality and environmental respect close to his heart. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Abraham holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he concentrated on sustainable product design. He has experience working in the for-profit, nonprofit, and government sectors and is currently enjoying his role as an aspiring social entrepreneur.

Abraham is Co-founder & Managing Partner of TerraShift, a social enterprise working to equip recent college graduates and young professionals with the skills, experiences, and support they need to build careers in social enterprise and sustainability. TerraShift is a 2011 Unreasonable Institute Venture. Whenever he is not working on TerraShift or StartingBloc, you’ll find him playing pick-up soccer and volunteering in his beloved Pittsburgh.

Theresa Leigh-Nguyen Admissions Chair
Theresa Leigh-Nguyen (NY '10)
is a child protection advocate and anti-human trafficking activist, specializing in transnational organized crime and child sexual abuse. She is the founder of the Philanthropic Management Group, a foundation providing grant funding and advisory services to organizations and public sector agencies combating crimes against children. Previously, she worked at the U.S. Department of State and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania.
